The bank balance for my CC is wrong in QB. It's a new acct with only 12 transactions, so the balance is obvious. QB is using my credit limit instead of the balance.
It wouldn't have mattered anyways. The ongoing issue she speaks of with Chase has been "ongoing" for years. They always say they are working on it but in reality they are not because we continue to pay them to use their product. It has been 5 years on another community post and they still have not resolved the issue with Chase Cards. I wish you the best of luck getting your issue resolved on your own, just don't get your hopes up and please don' t rely to heavily on the QBO team as they do not care about you or your issues.
