The bank Transactions fail to show the Jan, Feb, march and April dep.

I'd love to lend a hand with your banking concern, @quinneyassoc-gma.

If it's your first time connecting your online bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks Self-Employed automatically downloads the last 90 days of transactions. This can is the reason why the bank entries from the first quarter are not showing up.

If the transactions were in QBSE already and fail to show up today, you may update your bank manually. This is to ensure that your bank data are up-to-date.

To do that:

  1. Go to Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose Bank Account.
  3. Click Refresh On

However, if you need more than 90 days of transactions, you can export additional historical transactions from the bank and upload them into your QuickBooks company. To do that, please refer to the steps found in this article: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Keep me posted if you have additional questions about bank transactions in QBSE. I'll be around to help. Take care!
