Yes, you can follow each step provided by my colleague @BettyJaneB since those accounts aren't connected to the bank feeds.

 

You're just recording the actual transfer from your bank to QuickBooks. This is to ensure you have accurate entries in your register.

Welcome to the Community, @aura1.

 

You'll need to manually record the fund transfer made from your checking accounts in QuickBooks Online. The steps below will help you accomplish this goal:

  1. Click on the + New button at the left pane.
  2. Press on Transfer.
  3. On the Transfer Funds From box, select the bank account where funds are coming from.
  4. From the Transfer Funds to section, choose the account where the funds will be deposited to.
  5. Enter the amount being transferred, in the Transfer Amount field.
  6. Put a description in the Memo field if necessary.
  7. Hit on Save and Close.

Thank you for your help.  Question: Do I need to follow each step even thought the accounts are not linked via online with the bank institution? In other words I do not get bank feeds.
