You can check it with your bank by logging in to their website. It could be the bank is performing system maintenance, or there are notifications on their website that need your attention.
Once verified, you'll have to update the bank account again. It refreshes the connection between your Bank of PA and QBO.
If they're performing system maintenance, you can manually upload bank transactions by using WebConnect.
Let me show you how to download transactions from your bank first:
You may review the file format to make sure the transactions will be uploaded seamlessly. Check it with these file formats.
If it isn't formatted well, you can reformat and upload it.
