Thank you for reaching out to the Community. If you've imported the transactions as .CSV file, you'll need to follow the bank formats to be able to successfully add the transaction in your bank.
Let me show you how:
Once the import is finished, you will be directed to the Banking menu where each imported transactions are displayed on the For Review tab. You can review, add, or match each transaction.
For more information about import CSV Files you can check out this article: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.

I don’t have a dip down box anywhere for upload or update. I just got the app today and am Work under the trial period. Would they limit the functionality on me?
Hello, cellarciders-gma.
Allow me to step in and help you with uploading your bank transactions on QuickBooks Online.
You can still access the said options above even you're using the trial version. When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like not showing some icons and options into your account or latency issue. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:
If you're able to see the option to update or upload your transactions using the private browser, let's clear the browser's cache. Once done, you can follow the rest of the steps provided by my peer above.
The following write-ups are good references. It contains information on how and what accounts to check if there no transactions downloaded from the bank as well as things to remember when adding multiple accounts in QuickBooks Online. Also, this will provide you links on how to manage and categorize your transactions:

What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions
After trying the steps above, let me know how it goes by leaving a reply below. I’ll be here to keep helping. Have a good one.
This is on my iPad through the QuickBooks App.
I see there was an update for the App on my iPad tonight. Still looking like there are no options to upload manually and no available F9 or “Ctl-Alt-please-do-something-more” coaxing happening here that I can find. The directions for said Upload are clearly for a PC or maybe an Apple laptop but not an iPad using the online App.
Reduced functionality?
Any last ditch creative work around would be great. I’m about 75% done with filling in my own spreadsheets and creating my own reports for my filing deadline. I really didn’t want to file for an extension. Anyone for a hail-mary here?
