Thank you for posting your concern here in the Community. I've got the steps you'll in changing the last reconciled date in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can change the date by undoing and then redoing your reconciliation. To minimize the impact of your books, I'll suggest undoing the entries one at a time.
Here's how:
I also added a link to give more insights about unreconciling transactions. I recommend consulting with your accountant before performing any of the steps. This is to ensure your records are in order.
I've also added this article adjust small amounts after reconciliation.

This is not my issue. The account was reconciled on “12/31/21” but it says “last reconciled on “1/31/21”. I can’t even find my reconciliation reports after 1/31/21 although I have reconciled every month and have the print out. I know how to remove or adjust one transaction, but thank you for responding.
Thank you for getting back to us, @gutsy4. I’ll share some insights about changing the reconciliation ending date in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
With QuickBooks Online, you have the option to change the ending date if you haven’t completed it yet. You can go back to the reconciliation page and change the Ending Balance and Ending Date. You can check out this link and refer to Step 2: Check the ending balance you entered for a detailed step.
Since this has already been reconciled, the option to change the date is unavailable in QBO. What we can do is to undo the reconciled transactions. You can refer to the steps that my colleague provided above.
Moreover, you can check out this article about year-end guide for QuickBooks Online.
