The W-4 says city, state, and zip code do not match. I am certain it is correct. How do I continue? QB thinks it is not accurate but I've checked

We can start using an incognito window. It helps to identify any browser-related issues. You can use the shortcut keys below, where you can access your QuickBooks account:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to complete the W-4 form with the employee's address, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache to prevent any unexpected page behavior. You can also use other compatible browsers in QBO.
