There are a bunch of new transactions in my ledger with the memo "Ask my Accountant". I have no idea how they got in there, and I need to eliminating them

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, kevlocker.

If you didn't create them, it's possible that they are from your downloaded transactions. If so, we can remove them by excluding them from your banking. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Banking/Transactions tab and select Banking.
  2. Find and select the account and go to the Categorized section.
  3. Locate the transactions you want to eliminate and click Undo.
  4. From the For review tab, find and select those transactions. Then, click Exclude.

You can check this link for more details: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If your accountant has access to the account, it's also possible that they are working on those transactions. You'll want to consult them so they can guide you on what to do with it.

I'll be here if you have more questions. Stay safe!
