There are two transactions (same clients) for the last two months that come through Paypal, but they are recording in my Checking. Can't get in touch with Quickbooks :( ?
My paypal account and my checking account in QB are off by the same amount. I know which transactions they are. The transactions appear in my Paypal account when I click Update banks. But then when I accept the transactions they don't appear in the Reviewed items.
I tried calling QB and got the "you have to use the Help button" speech. So I used the help button and clicked to get a call back. The response was "We're sorry! We can't call you back right now!" Then it gave a phone number and a support ID for me to call with. When I call it's Turbo Tax, not Quickbooks (yes I know Intuit owns them both) but it won't recognize my support ID and because I don't use the paid version of Turbo Tax it won't connect me to a person! GAH! I really would prefer to troubleshoot this with someone. is there another phone number i can call??
