There is a large transaction (income) in a bank account that is connected, all rest of transactions are there except this one. How do I add it?

You can update your bank feeds to ensure that transactions flow seamlessly from your bank into QuickBooks, Molly. Let me guide you through the process.

First, be aware that missing transactions may occur due to an interruption in the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. To address this, you can click the Refresh All button. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the TRANSACTIONS column, select Manage accounts.
   
3. Click Refresh All.
   

If the transaction still does not appear, you have the option to manually upload or enter it into QuickBooks.

Once all transactions are imported successfully, categorize them to ensure QuickBooks places them on the correct line of your Schedule C.
