To correct the payment in QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team so someone can help you trace your tax payment. Let’s log in to your company to view the support details:

 

To reach our dedicated support:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon, choose to Talk to human.
  2. Enter your concern in the chatbox such as, "I want to verify this error message: The submission is a duplicate of one that was previously received," click the Send icon.
  3. Select the I still need a human button.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Choose how you want to be assisted, either Send a message or Get a callback.
  6. Enter your details for verification and confirm your request.
