There's a transaction created by the agent to add the Federal Tax payment and it was made with the wrong amount and I can't match it with my bank account. How to fix it?

1. Go to the Help icon, choose to Talk to human.
2. Enter your concern in the chatbox such as, "I want to verify this error message: The submission is a duplicate of one that was previously received," click the Send icon.
3. Select the I still need a human button.
4. Click Contact Us.
5. Choose how you want to be assisted, either Send a message or Get a callback.
6. Enter your details for verification and confirm your request.
