To reach our dedicated support:
- Go to the Help icon, choose to Talk to human.
- Enter your concern in the chatbox such as, "I want to verify this error message: The submission is a duplicate of one that was previously received," click the Send icon.
- Select the I still need a human button.
- Click Contact Us.
- Choose how you want to be assisted, either Send a message or Get a callback.
- Enter your details for verification and confirm your request.
