They change the business view, how to switch back?

It's nice to have you in the Community today, @havasutransport-. I'll gladly walk you through how to switch company views in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Switching company view in QuickBooks lets you manage efficiently and notice every detail within your business. In QBO, you have two ways to handle your business. You can view it from a business perspective by changing it to Business View mode or see your business in an accountant mode by switching it to Accountant View.

Now, let's determine your current screen view in your QuickBooks online company. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Below the Profile column, check if you have the Switch to Accountant or Switch to Business view hyperlink.

If you're seeing Switch Business view, you're probably in the accountant mode. But if you see Switch to Accountant View, know that you're already in business mode.
