I understand the importance of accessing the January 2025 data in QuickBooks Online. I’ll assist you in locating and retrieving those transactions.
Instead of using the Last 12 months option in the Report period, select the Custom dates and set the start date to January 1, 2025, and the end date to today. Using a custom date range gives you precise control over the period shown in your report, so you only include the transactions you actually want to analyze.
