Transaction problems when CVS file was uploaded

I'm happy to help you with your transaction problems, but first, I need a bit more information on your issue. The questions below will allow me to get better clarity of your file upload.

 

  • During the process of importing, did you categorize the transactions correctly?
  • Does the CSV file have the correct formatting? ex: columns that shouldn't be there, days of the week in the date column
  • Can you attach a screenshot of imported transactions?

 

After answering these questions, I'll be able to provide the steps to get your transactions corrected. In the meantime, I recommend checking the CSV file for formatting errors or columns that shouldn't be there. This article about importing bank transactions will be your guide. If you find an error, then you can delete them and import them again.
