Transactions don’t update automatically

Hi, Daniel36.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'm here to help. If your transactions are not updating automatically, I recommend deleting the application and reinstalling it. After reinstalling follow these steps to sync your bank accounts.

  1. Select the Gear Icon up top.
  2. Click Bank Accounts.
  3. Click the Refresh all button.

 

This should reset the connection to your account and your bank account. Let me know how this fix worked. If you have any questions please let me know by replying below.

I've refreshed my accounts and I'm still having the issue... is there anything else I can do?

Since you're still getting the same issue after clicking the Refresh All button, I recommend contacting our support team to help perform some additional steps to resolve this issue. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click Help on the upper right corner.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Type your concern.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Click Let's talk.
  6. Choose an option to contact our support.
