When the latest Quickbooks Online update rolled out a few weeks ago, two of my credit card accounts from the same company are blending with eachother. There is no rhyme or reason why some transactions are getting pulled into one account or the other. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the links but that has not improved anything.
Anyone have advise on how to fix these to be accurate feeds?
I'll help figure out why your credit cards are getting pulled into one account. If the transactions download to the individual accounts, you'll need to connect the sub-accounts and not the parent account.
