I'll help figure out why your credit cards are getting pulled into one account. If the transactions download to the individual accounts, you'll need to connect the sub-accounts and not the parent account.
However, if you've already verified the credit card sub-account set up, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support. They'll be able to look into this further by pulling up your account in a secure environment.
