Transactions downloading to incorrect account

When the latest Quickbooks Online update rolled out a few weeks ago, two of my credit card accounts from the same company are blending with eachother. There is no rhyme or reason why some transactions are getting pulled into one account or the other. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the links but that has not improved anything.

Anyone have advise on how to fix these to be accurate feeds?

Transactions downloading to incorrect account

Good day, @riverfairy.

I'll help figure out why your credit cards are getting pulled into one account. If the transactions download to the individual accounts, you'll need to connect the sub-accounts and not the parent account.

However, if you've already verified the credit card sub-account set up, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support. They'll be able to look into this further by pulling up your account in a secure environment.

You can check out this helpful article for more information: About bank or credit card sub-account setup.

Please let me know if you have additional questions about your bank transactions in QuickBooks. I'm here to help however I can.
