Hi @saugy , try to see balance sheet report to investigate that was record or not.
- Go to the Reports menu on the left panel to access the Standard tab.
- Select Balance Sheet under the Business overview section.
- Hit the report to see all accounts.
- From there, select the bank you’re working on and then click the amount to see the transaction details.
Or use audit log with log in as admin: more detail
Go to Settings ⚙and select Audit Log.
- Select Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Select Apply.
Then, if it wasn't record, re enter the transaction. You could open qbo in private mode, clear caches and browsing history, or open in different browser engine. Comment below then, cheers.
