Let me help get your manually downloaded transactions shown in your bank feed.
Let's check if this happens if you're accessing your account via an incognito window. Here's how.
- On your key board, press CTRL+SHIFT+N for Chrome.
- Hold CTRL+SHIFT+P for Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Once you're done, please upload your QBO file again.
Also, make sure that you're not importing transactions you've already recorded. To do so, you'll need to get the date of the oldest transactions in your account.
