My company has several accounts with PNC. Occasionally they disconnect (error 350) and need to be reconnected which is usually not a big deal, but over the past two weeks it's been happening at least once a day. Only the primary account login for the PNC site can reconnect them, which is our CEO, and having to ask him to do this several times a day is not a viable long-term solution. How do I figure out if the issue is on PNC's end or QB's end? Our accounts with other banks are not having any issues. Oddly, another company I do books for also has PNC accounts and they are not having this issue either.
I'm here to help ensure you're able to reconnect PNC in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The error 350 means that the connection expires or gets updated by your bank. And, great job for reconnecting the account. This is the solution to keep everything up-to-date.
Moreover, you need to periodically refresh the connection to your bank and credit card accounts. Some require you to reconnect every 90 days, others only need updates every 18 months.
On the other hand, I recommend contacting our QBO Support Team since it keeps asking you to reconnect several times. They can investigate further whats interrupting the connection between PNC and QuickBooks.
