Which bank are you trying to add? Did you encounter any specific errors? For now, you can follow the steps below to add your bank account. Be sure to select the right bank and enter your bank's URL and login correctly.

Alternatively, if you still can't add your bank, as a workaround, you can add an account in the chart of accounts and bring in the transactions using a WebConnect file. You can download the last 90 days of transactions using this feature.
