Trying to get Amazon integrated with my QB SE account. I entered my Amazon Business account login. It completed. sign in attempt from Oregon in email, approved it. QB - SE still is not importing my Amazon order history. Why hasn't it imported anything?

To help verify why transactions from Amazon were not imported into the system, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools that can further isolate this problem and provide a fix.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Click on Assistant at the top.
  2. Type in Talk to human.
  3. Press on I still need human.
  4. Choose your preferred way to communicate with our representatives.
