I recommend updating your bank manually in the system to refresh the connection between your financial institution and QBO. Here's how:
If you're still unable to see the transactions, you'll want to check your bank's website to see if there are notifications or alert to make sure that they don't have any maintenance. One reason why bank transactions won't download in QuickBooks Online is because of the bank system errors.
Also, you have an option to manually upload bank transactions to your QuickBooks account. You can go to your bank's website and follow the instructions on how to download them. You follow these steps in uploading the file:
Once done, you can go back to the Banking menu to match and categorize your bank transactions.
I'll be right here to keep helping if you have any other concerns or questions about banking.
If you are using QBSE/QBO, have you tried open it on any private/incognito browser?
Hi Fiat Lux - ASIA,
I spoke to a QB rep and she suggested the same solution, which I tried several times. For some reason, QB is unable to synch bank transactions from June to Nov 2021. During our discussion, I was told this happens and there is nothing to be done on the QB or Bank side to fix it. Only suggestion was to upload the information manually, which seems to go against the very reason I'm paying for QB? Ugh!
Thanks for your suggestion.
