It could be the Undeposited Funds account was renamed, info830.
We can open your Chart of Accounts, then manually locate the renamed account. I'll help you in finding it.
If you're able to find the account, let's go ahead and rename it. This way, will able to easily track and locate this account when we customer payments. You can follow the steps below:
Once done, you can now receive the payments to your Undeposited Funds account.
