I can walk you through the steps in disconnecting the account in QuickBooks Online.
Before we proceed with the process, make sure to add and match all the pending transactions in the Banking page. Disconnecting the automatic online banking will delete any transactions in the For Review tab.
Here’s how:
- Go to Banking on the left pane, then select the Banking at the top.
- Select the account you want to unlink, then click the Edit icon and Edit account info.
- In the Account window, put a checkmark to Disconnect this account on save.
- Click on Save and Close.
