Did you receive an error message when trying to import a CSV file of your bank transactions? We can try uploading your transactions using a private browser and then follow these steps on how to import:
- Log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- At the upper-right, click Imports.
- If Paypal or Scotiabank is linked into QuickBooks Self-employed, click Import older transactions under the ACTION column. If not, click the import transactions link under the list of banks.
- Click Browse and open the CSV file.
- Match the column names and click Continue.
After, you can review the imported transactions and then categorize them.
