Uploading manual entries through the banking tab. The Upload page is not working correct. I have tried all of the troubleshooting. Why cant i manually upload?

I am using .csv file but i have tried .txt as well. I have use 3 columns instead of 5 columns The mapping is correct and multiple agents have tried to tweak the columns without success I have been through every troublingshooting possibility with multiple agents This is an IT issue with the uploading page and has nothing to do with the file being uploaded. I use this process with multiple companies and it is the same error throughout each of the companies

Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Since you've already tried a few options and have spoken with other agents about the uploading page not working properly, I recommend doing some basic troubleshooting steps to help tackle this problem. 

 

Using a private browser or incognito window will help remove any errors or glitches that may be occurring in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Here's how to depending on your session: 

 

  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl Shift 
  • Safari: Command Shift 
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift

 

This will fix the error and allow you to upload the file. Afterward, all you need to do is go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. You can also try using a different browser or our QuickBooks Online Desktop App
