You need a 3rd party app to import it. Does your bank offer bank statements in other file formats? e.q qbo, pdf, csv

In addition to @Fiat Lux - ASIA answer, the error indicates that the mapping of your file is incorrect. You’ll have to use a supported file type and format to successfully bring your bank statements into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Also, the online program imports QBO, CSV, and QFX formats. When performing this process, QuickBooks requires either 3 or 4 columns. The former has the Date, Description, and Amount. While the latter contains the following information: Date, Description, Credit, and Debit column.
