You can change to the Accountant view by going to the Gear icon and clicking Switch from Business view to Accountant view.
If the problem continues, I agree with @SIAB's suggestion to access your QuickBooks Online account through an incognito or private browser. Excessive cache and other browser-related problems might occasionally cause QuickBooks Online (QBO) to perform improperly or display erroneous information.

If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
Alternatively, you can use a different browser to access your account. QBO is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari.
