Hi there, @factsandfiguresl.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically downloads transactions every night around 10 PM PT. It downloads the last 90 days of transactions. If you can't find the transactions, I'll help you perform some troubleshooting steps to find them:
As a workaround, you can manually update your Bank account. Here's how:.
- Go to Banking.
- Select the Baking tab.
- At the upper right side of the page, click Update.
You can learn more about what to do when bank transactions won't download.
To know about fixing online banking issues, see this article: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error?
If nothing happens, I suggest uploading your bank transactions manually in your QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you how.
First off, you must download the transactions from your bank's website in a file that QBO supports, like a CSV file. Once done, follow these steps to upload the file:
- On the left panel, click Banking.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to Update.
- Choose File Upload.
- Select the file, and click Browse.
- Click Next.
- Select the QuickBooks account, and click Next.
- Map the columns, and click Next.
- Select the transactions to import. and click Next.
- Click Let's go!.
