Hi there, ciaran1.

You have the option to import your bank transactions using an a WebConnect/Excel file or connect your bank with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can pick one of these formats:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)

Here's how to upload or import your bank data:

  1. From the Banking menu, choose the Banking tab.
  2. Select either File upload or Upload transactions.
  3. Browse and choose the file you downloaded from the bank. Then, click on Next.
  4. In the QuickBooks account drop-down menu, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then select Next
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions and match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks.
  6. Click on Next and choose Let's go.

Let me also share these links for further guidance:

In case you need help with matching your transactions, check out this article for more information: Download, match, and categorize your bank transactions in QBO.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm here to help. Have a great day.

hi @ciaran1 ,

Another option, you may explore TP Importer.
