Hi there, @sryan-dhfi-net. I've got here some steps to help you find the missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To begin, could you tell me the specific bank you're having problems with? That information is helpful so I can check if there are any ongoing issues with this.
In the meantime, you can perform a manual download to update the connection of your bank in QBO so it will get the latest transactions. Here's how:
If this doesn't work, let's now go to your bank's website to determine if there are any maintenance issues on their end. Once signed in, check the following:
Additionally, in case you made changes in your account's information such as updating your account number, username, or password, you'll need to do it in QBO as well.
For more details about the process, check out this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If the issue persists, you can manually upload the missing bank transactions in QBO via CSV file.
It's also recommended that you regularly perform the reconciliation process to ensure your account's balance matches your real-life bank account. To get started, feel free to visit our Reconciliation hub page.
I'd love to know how this goes. Please don't hesitate to post again here if you have any other banking concerns in QBO. I'm just around the corner and ready to help. Have a good one and keep safe always.
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
