Why is quickbooks not allowing customers to talk to a person?  I need my transactions downloaded - this is not good customer service - Sun Trust is saying its quickbooks - please provide a phone # where I can talk to someone and get this resolved

We're receiving reports that other users are getting this error as well, michael-jarrett.
I'd like to make sure you'll be guided to the right support.

 

We would like to inform you that this has already been escalated to our Engineering Team. While they do, I would advise you to reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support.

 

This way our engineers can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the INV-31750. Any progress will be communicated via email.

 

To reach us, please follow these steps:

                                                   

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Click (?) Help at the upper right corner.
  3. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern then hit Continue.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.

As much as we’d like to provide you a workaround so you can update your bank transactions, using our WebConnect feature isn’t recommended since it’ll most likely cause duplicates after downloaded.
