We set up a QBO recurring card transaction. Customer got billed. We never got paid. Merchantcenter has no record of the transaction. Chat couldn't resolve. Suggestions?

As much as I want to help you in looking for this payment. However, I don't have the tools here on my end. I suggest to reaching back to them to help you in tracing this one. They can do it in a safe and secure environment. 

 

They have the tools to pull up your account, view the history, and investigate the matter in a secure environment.  We are open Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 6 pm PT. You can get their phone number by going to this article: QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center.
