Hello there, @Debh4.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) itself does not have built-in functionality to print the MICR line (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) for checks. It can only generate standard checks showing the check number, payee details, and your company address. If you want to include additional information, such as bank details or your company name, you can use the Memo field when creating the check.


If you need to print checks with a MICR line on blank check stock, you’ll need a third-party app integrated with QuickBooks. These apps can create and print checks with all the required details, including the MICR line. To find one, visit QuickBooks Apps Center or go to your Apps menu within your QuickBooks account to look for a tool.
