Join nowMy Wells Fargo connection stopped working about a month ago. The "Update connection" screen continuously invites me to reconnect my account, but after logging in and specifying the account to be reconnected, I am asked to choose the Quickbooks account that matches my bank account, and the none of the accounts shown are the correct one.
A small window appears in the next step showing reasons for this not working, and none of them apply to me (account number, name or type changing, or account closed. Both of our QBs and WF bank accounts have not changed for years).
For now, I'm back to downloading manually. Any suggestions appreciated.

I contacted Quickbooks support via chat and the representative helped me solve my connection problem.
The solution was to choose "add account" in the QBs banking screen, and when asked to specify the bank I was connecting to, I clicked "Connect to a different bank" and pasted in my own link to Wells Fargo (wellsfargo.com). I then clicked the correct Wells Fargo logo for business banking.
I went through the normal bank login, and waited for the connection to complete. A screen then appeared (looking a little different than my screenshot) and presented a choice of my Quickbooks accounts and my proper account was there.
I chose the correct account, and was initially notified that a connection already existed for that account. I returned to the banking screen, clicked "update" and waited for the updates to occur. At that point my bank connection was back to normal.
I will remember to bypass the first Wells Fargo link and use my own if my connection breaks again.
