If you still get the same result, let's uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to make sure it isn't damaged.
To uninstall, tap and hold the app, then tap the "x" icon. Once done, download the app and install it.
- Open the App Store on your device
- Search for QuickBooks Online.
- Tap Free and then Install.
- Sign in using the same user ID and password that you used when you signed up for QBO.
If the issue persists after performing all the recommended fix above, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to create a ticket for product investigation.
