What is the fee for "Cash Deposit Immediate" and is there a way I can adjust my settings to not receive this additional charge?

It happens after each payroll is processed, whether I've processed payroll many days in advance or just the day before payroll is supposed to be deposited.

This type of issue needs to be taken care of by reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team. They can verify your account in a private setting and identify the additional charges you've received.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Click on the Help icon at the top to display the QB Assistant window.
  2. Then, select the Talk to a human menu and enter the issue/topic.
  3. Next, click the I still need a human button and select the Contact us link.
  4. Choose to Message an agent for real-time assistance or Get a callback.

Due to the pandemic, we have limited staffing and reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday.
