What’s wrong with my TD Bank account? The transactions aren’t showing. It keeps giving me the option to “fix it” but every time I tap it, nothing changes.

I already tried unlinking and relinking the account but it didn’t make a difference. The transactions still aren’t showing, the balance hasn’t been updated, and theirs still a red exclamation mark at the top right corner of the bank account information on the “connected accounts” page.

Have you tried opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser and running the feeds?

Let's bring those bank transactions in QuickBooks, @mahadaalvi-live-.

 

We can manually update your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This will refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks to download the latest available transaction.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the bank account and click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
