You'll want to make sure you have a stable internet connection. Check on your bank's website as well to see if they have announcements about server maintenance. If they don't have, you can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps.
To start, you can open a private or incognito window. This disables the browser's cache from saving your historical data, and it's an initial step that we usually do when troubleshooting unusual behaviors in QuickBooks.
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If your bank updates or your Banking screen loads fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If it's still the same thing, please try to use other browsers to see if this only happens to one you use or to others as well.
