When I add a tag to an Income transaction, it immediately disappears, and does not save. I'm able to add tags to all other types of transactions. Have tried diff browsers

I've checked with my resources and verify with our engineering team. Currently, We have an ongoing investigation about adding the tag and it will disappear before saving in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Rest assured, our software engineers are working hard to resolve this issue permanently.   

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They have to collect personal data to add your company and product to the list of affected users. We'll be sending you updates via email once we get this sorted out and I'll also keep this thread on track. Provide this INV-57042 for easy tracking. 

 You can follow the steps below to connect with us:   

1. Select Assistant from the top bar. 
2. Enter questions. 
3. Click Talk to a human. 
4. Choose the way how you want to connect with our support team. These options are available during their office hours.
