Hello, @jeremy87. I'd like to clarify a few details to get this sorted out correctly.

Could you please specify what you mean by "aligned"? Are transactions missing, or does the bank balance not match?

If transactions are missing, it's because banks limit downloads in QuickBooks Online. Some offer 90 days, others 24 months. Older data must be manually uploaded.

If the bank balance doesn't match, this can be due to several reasons, such as:
 

  • Pending transactions that are not yet categorized
  • An incorrect opening balance
  • Duplicate transactions
