When I update my bank account, I saw not all transactions is downloaded from the bank to QuickBook. How can I fix it

Let's get your Online Banking working so you can see the bank transactions, jtvien.

 

If the bank transactions are not showing after the automatic or manual update, it is possible that:

  • these transactions are not yet cleared from your bank.
  • your bank's website is having a website maintenance.
  • your bank added a security feature that needs your confirmation.

I'd recommend revisiting your bank's website to determine if there's an ongoing website maintenance. You can also reach out to your bank to verify the status of the transaction and your account.

 

After that, you can manually update the Banking page again.

  1. In the Banking page, highlight the tile of the connected bank.
  2. Click the Update.
