Hi there, @jr47.

I'm here to help you get the normal screen on entering payment types in QuickBooks Online.

I'd like to know more details about what you're seeing on the bank deposit page. A screenshot would help me identify the specific resolution to help you get back on track.

For now, we can perform the browser troubleshooting method to check if this is a data-related issue. There are times that the accumulated data will become outdated over time and can cause odd behavior to any online program accessed through a browser.

Let's start by using an incognito browser to access your QuickBooks Online company. This is done to avoid saving data when accessing the internet. If you're able to see the normal page of the bank deposit, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. An alternative way is to use another supported browser.

Here are the shortcut keys to access private window:

  1. Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Safari: Hold down + Option +

However, if you're referring to the transactions from the paid invoices or sales receipts that should appear on the bank deposit page, you need to make sure that the payments were assigned to the Undeposited Funds account. This is done to make it show on the Bank Deposit transaction page. To know more, you can check out this article: Record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

I've also added this reference page that may help you in the future with categorizing your transactions: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. This contains steps on how to split a transaction to multiple accounts and excluding personal or duplicate transactions.

Please don't hesitate to tag my name below if you have other questions or concerns. I'd be happy to assist you further. Happy Thanksgiving!
