You can split the deposit on the bank deposit window, @LAtkinson1. I’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to do this in QuickBooks Online.

We're unable to split a transaction when reconciling. We'll need to go back to the Categorized tab to return the transaction to the For Review tab. From there, you can split the amount for the sales tax collected and credit card fees.

Here' how:

  1. Go to Banking, and then choose the Categorized tab.
  2. Locate the deposit you need to split.
  3. Select the Undo button, and then hit Continue.

If you need to combine multiple transactions into a single record, you can check out this article: Record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online. This will help us ensure your QuickBooks matches your bank deposits.

I've added these resources that will help you with matching transactions and reconciling your accounts:

You'll have my attention whenever you have any additional queries about bank deposits or any other banking concerns. I'm always here to back you up. Keep safe.
