I have the steps you can perform to get your updated bank transactions in the program, @tamikokemp.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 pm PST. Also, the data we receive depends on how your bank communicates with our system. Because of this, we're unable to confirm if when will the bank info get updated in the program.
Here are the possible reasons the bank info isn't updated yet in QBO:
- The bank is performing system maintenance.
- There are notifications from their website that need your attention.
To help resolve this, let's first manually update the bank account. This refreshes the bank connection within the program. I'll guide you how.
- Go to Banking from the left menu.
- Choose the blue tile for the bank account.
- Select Update.
- If prompted, enter your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
- Click Continue Update.
Second, if the update doesn't work, the issue may be on the bank’s end. I'd suggest logging into your bank's website to review if there are alerts that need your attention. One of these could be new security requirements. When everything looks good, perform another manual update.

Once downloaded, you can edit, assign, and categorize the transactions. You can also match them to the existing entries in the system. Just go to the For Review tab.
