Whenever I categorize one credit card transaction, the whole list of transactions scrolls through to the top and it takes long to move to the next transaction? Help!

Does this only happen when you categorize a credit card transaction? Or does it happen to all of the downloaded transactions?
Let's try to do basic troubleshooting to check if it's a browser-related issue. Start with using a private window. Log back in to your account and try to categorize a transaction. If you're able to do it without the error, go back to the regular browser and clear cache. You may also use a different supported browser.
