Hi there, @angelique90403.
Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you view the fees from the prior year on your account.
If you're referring to the fees when processing customer credit card payments, I suggest signing in to your Merchant Service account. From there, you have the option to view the charges for a specific period.
Here's how:
- Click the Activity & Reports drop-down.
- Under Search for, select Fees.
- Choose the date range.
- Hit Search.
Also, you can access your account statements in your online service center. You have the option to view or download up to 24 months of data.
To view or download:
- Sign in to the online service center.
- Select Activity & Reports, then click All Statements from the drop-down menu.
- You may also access this function from the Welcome screen. Simply click All Statements as shown below.

4. A list of all available statements then appears with options to either View or Download.
If what you meant are the charges for the Self-Employed subscription, I recommend viewing the billing history. Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings ⚙️, then select Account and settings.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
I've also attached an article that will help you look up a QuickBooks charge on your credit card statement: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.
Fill me in if you have additional questions related to the fees on your QuickBooks account. I'm always here to help. Take care always.
