We use the most recent market rates, siewlan-tay.
While we don't have the option to download or export the list of market rates within last year, we can directly ask a list from Markit.
We can also pull up the Transaction List by Customer report and add the Exchange rate and Currency column. This way, we can get an overview of what rates we used for these transactions. I'll show you how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- In the Search field, enter and select Transactions List by Customer.
- Click the Customize button.
- Modify the Report period to last year.
- Select Rows/Columns, click Change columns.
- Check the Exchange rate and Currency box.
- Click Run report.
You might want to export the reports to Excel by selecting the export icon at the upper-right. Hit Export to Excel.
