Where is the "transfer" button? Used to record a transfer of money from one account to another. Used to be around the banking section. I can't find it in this new layout

Hello, Admin395. There are two possible options that come to mind. If you mean the Record as transfer option, it's still available in the Bank Transactions section, specifically in the For Review tab.
 

By clicking on the transactions, you can see this option. See screenshot below:

 

However, if you mean the Transfer button, this is available in the + Create section under the Other column. See screenshot below:
